Donna Palm is very grateful to have been chosen as the winner of the Best of Venice finalist for the Readers Choice award for Best Real Estate Agent in the area for 2008 by Sun Newspapers. 

She is also honored to have been chosen to be the Exclusive Agent for LuxuryRealtor.com. As one of the very few brokers who hold the exclusive Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designations as well as the Graduate Realtors Institute designation she has extensive training and experience not found  in other agents.

Donna recently sold her two RE/MAX offices to a larger company after developing them into the most productive office in the area. She has always listed and sold real estate however selling her offices has made more time available to spend with her clients. As one of the top producing agents in the area, she also has a full time broker working directly for her as well as a full time assistant. Together they are a fantastic team, always available to service their clients. 

Donna and her team do extensive marketing including virtual tours, various marketing pieces including postcards, her own personal magazine, national and international mailings and advertising, as well as having an extensive internet presence.They also advertise on sites such as realtor.com, remax.com, and dupontregistry.com just to name a few. 

As a former RE/MAX owner, Donna has extensive contacts and does a very large amount of referral business including international business with other agents as well as owners.
 
Donna has years of experience negotiating multimillion dollar contracts with companies such as Amoco, Mobil, Citgo etc. while she was a union electrician in the Chicago area. This experience created her ability to represent her clients best possible interests.

Larry McLaren has been a successful Real Estate Broker in the Sarasota area for over 35 years. He has extensive experience, having owned a successful brokerage, been Vice President of both Residential and Commercial sales, the Director of Technology & Training for one of the area's most prestigious real estate companies, and represented the developer in their sale of new homes in a large, well known local golf & country club.

His experience and passion for technology is an irreplaceable asset to our clients and our team.

Larry, once a professional golfer, was the club Champion for Lake  Venice Golf Club in 1975. 

Larry also has a background in professional photography, especially aerial photography, which gives him the opportunity to show off our gorgeous area, market our clients properties and attract buyers worldwide.

Larry likes to fish and kayak and has worked all over sarasota county where he has lived since 1964.
